SUNDAY BEST IN BUJUMBURA
Great news from Benson Kyama, who, together with Didy Havyarimana (above left), leads of our church in Bujumbura,about a Sunday service on May 29, 2005:
"We have just had a very exciting Bring-Your-Neighbour Sunday, and God glorified himself. The 34 of us had 140 in attendance. That was our highest ever!
"Let’s keep on bringing praises and glory back to Him as we lead souls. Pray that those people will keep coming so that we can make them disciples who will last, and that we will have the wisdom to lead them all to God. We also had a guest speaker from Nairobi, [co-lead evangelist for the East Africa churches] George Irungu and his wife, Anne (above, right). They did an awesome job encouraging us to keep on fighting the good fight!"
