GOD CARES FOR YOU

Malachi 3:6

God does not change. He is unlike us, who are subject to our moods.
Psalm 102:26-28
Changes but we remain the same.
James 1:17
God does not change.
Numbers 23:19
God does not lie.

1. CAST ALL YOUR ANXIETY ON HIM

1 Peter 5:7

The strength of a Christian is not in how little anxiety he face, but how much he takes his anxieties to God - and leave them there.

God wants us to be free from the worries of life.

Matthew 6:25-34
God's point is simply this: "Do not worry." Regardless what happens and how it feels, do not worry, because God is in control.

Psalm 55:22
Cast all your cares on the Lord. Whatever is bothering you, give it over to God. Remember that nothing is impossible with God. Sometimes there are issues that nag at you consistently and steal your joy. Deal with them and trust God with it.

You can be confident about tomorrow if you walk with God today.

Enjoy each day and make each day great. Plan for tomorrow but do not worry about tomorrow.

Psalm 34:17-22
Do not deny yourself the joys of today by losing yourself in anxiety. Whatever will happen in the future you cannot change it, so put it before God and leave it there.

2. ENTER HIS CLOUD OF GLORY

Luke 9:34-36

This was not a cloud of judgement but a cloud of glory, and so the apostles in question needed not to worry.

When God calls us to a sphere of service, we often end up being fearful rather than confident and radiant. But when the cloud is lifted, you look back and appreciate how you were able to learn and grow from the experience.

Anxiety never robs tomorrow of its sorrow;
It only saps today of its strength.

Psalm 119:71
Some things you can only learn through affliction. If we handle change right, our convictions will be deeper, relationships tighter, disciples happier and fellowship warmer. 2 Peter 3:9
God's "delay" does not mean denial. Trust him through your trials. He cares for you.
