1. SINGLED OUT FOR GOD

1 Peter 2:4-10
The same God who chose Jesus chose me to do his work. God singled me out and I should take it personally.

Acts 17:24-27
God made the universe. He does not need anything from us apart from living a righteous life.

1 John 4:19
As a man who has been singled out I should love my brothers. If I don't love them then I don't love God.

2. FAMILY FOR GOD

Ephesians 4:1-7
We are one. We are a family. A family comprised of those that God has singled out.

Philippians 3:7-8
The most important thing now is for me is to know Christ.

DAVID AND GOLIATH
(One With God)

Ephesians 6:10-12
You are fighting the forces of the dark world, and on your own you are no match. You should rely on God to overcome.

1 Samuel 17:1-3
The Philistines sent their champion to face the Israelites. The devil sends his best to face you. You should rely on God.

Goliath was prepared. The devil comes to you prepared. Q. Are you prepared to face him?

God sent David, a boy, to encourage the Israelites. Q. Do you ignore the "little" (lower profile/ lesser noticed) people like David that God sends to your life?

David had the faith that he could do it. You should live by faith.

David cut off Goliath's head just to be sure Goliath was dead. Q. Do you completely destroy sin in your life?
